OC Utility Experts' founder Mr. Rodney Kerridge, is backed by over 11 years' experience working in the electricity, gas and telecommunications sectors. He has worked directly and indirectly for many retailers and brokers, managing and creating some of the most successful departments within each company. Thanks to a strong push from those in the OC industry and a high demand for his negotiation abilities and unparalleled professional work ethics. Rodney Kerridge created a procurement platform that is dedicated solely to the OC industry, assisting in all aspects of utility procurement while implementing the same high-quality standards he has always operated by. Though he leads from the forefront of the business, he does not hide behind a desk, he engages and maintains a strong presence on all levels to ensure 110% staff, customer and client satisfaction.

Option 1
Call us or request a call back via our email below and discuss in further detail.
Option 2
Send us some sample bills for 10 or more different sites/accounts and get a sample quote.
Option 3
Send us all your bills per site via email or drop box or a spreadsheet listing all your NMI's and get a thorough comparison quote.
Once you send us bills, we then...
Begin negotiating with the retailers. After thoroughly investigating all options we then send you a spreadsheet listing the best offer along with everything you need to make an informed decision:
- Rates excluding GST both, before and after, any discounts, just like on your bill.
- The current and proposed retailers bill amounts including any discounts and GST.
- The usage we derived from the information you provided which formed the basis of our quote.
- A complete breakdown per site/account along with totals and annual projection.
- The individual OC's ABN's and OC numbers both, verified and check on the Australian Business registry.
All put together in spreadsheet that we would like think is an “accountants dream”.
The transfer
When your satisfied with our quote will we then seek the retailer's formal approval and request for the contract and terms to be drawn up. We will then forward the documents to you via email which contains: (The fill names or terminology may differ between retails)

Once signed and delivered back to us, we can arrange for the retailer to take over the account on the next scheduled meter read date per site or have a special meter read performed allowing the accounts to switch within 2 – 3 weeks.
Lastly, we will forward you on the details for your account manager with the retailer, including their direct landline and email thus completing the handover.
If you get a counter offer, seek out, or already have quotes from retailers/brokers, we can also include this in our spreadsheet ensuring everything is presented to you in the same thorough and mathematical Language making for an “apples to apples” comparison. However, please understand our service is free so this will only be done upon request and as a once off per customer, as it does double our workload.
